今年第22號颱風「銀杏(YINXING)」今(6)日8時的中心位置在北緯18.0度,東經124.7度,以每小時8公里速度,向西北西進行。對此,前中央氣象局長鄭明典也透露,秋季後期比較常見的是伴隨雲系往東北方向延伸,那是颱風外圍偏東風和冷高壓的東北季風相遇產生的雲系。

鄭明典在臉書發文,夏季颱風西南側常有大片的伴隨雲系,來源是西南風的不穩定對流,不過秋季後期比較常見的是伴隨雲系往東北方向延伸,那是颱風外圍偏東風和冷高壓的東北季風相遇產生的雲系,他也透露「銀杏颱風的雲系距離台灣尚遠,目前看來影響有限」。

氣象署提醒,8日至10日颱風外圍雲系及東北季風影響,基隆北海岸、東北部、東部地區及大臺北山區有短暫陣雨,並有局部大雨發生的機率,北部及東南部地區有局部短暫陣雨,中南部山區亦有局部短暫陣雨,其他地區為多雲到晴。

另外,根據最新歐洲系集模式模擬顯示,「銀杏」個別模擬路徑已全轉向西行,穿過巴士海峽或呂宋島北部,進入南海;其系集平均路徑通過呂宋島北部近海,不確定性、進入南海後再加大,「目前模擬銀杏已不侵台,秋颱『共伴效應』亦偏弱」。
